AttainmentFamily.com LLC End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the purchaser, and AttainmentFamily.com LLC for the purchased Software Product which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and AttainmentFamily.com LLC and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software Product.

The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.

Single-Family License

AttainmentFamily.com LLC grants you a Single-Family License of the Software Product. With this license the software may be installed on a maximum of three (3) computers and used by up to three (3) individuals residing within a single household. This license can not be transferred to non-profit or commercial organizations, schools, or other educational institutions.

You may create one backup copy of the downloaded software or original media for archival purposes. You may not sell or distribute any copies of the purchased software.

Termination

AttainmentFamily.com, LLC may terminate the EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software from all computers and delete, destroy or return all copies of the Software Product in your possession.

Copyright

The Software Product is protected by United States copyright laws and international copyright treaties. AttainmentFamily.com LLC retains title to the software. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Software Product is the property of the respective content owner.

Warranty

The Software Product is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. AttainmentFamily.Com, LLC. does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Software Product. AttainmentFamily.com LLC makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program, while viewing, downloading, or using online components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AttainmentFamily.com LLC be liable for loss of data or any damages, including incidental or consequential, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software Product. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Video DVD

By viewing or otherwise using the Video DVD, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and AttainmentFamily.com LLC and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not view or use the Video DVD.

The Video DVD product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Video DVD is licensed, not sold.

Single-Family License

AttainmentFamily.com LLC grants you a Single-Family License of the Video DVD. With this license the Video DVD may be viewed by individuals residing within a single household. This license can not be transferred to non-profit or commercial organizations, schools, or other educational institutions. Use of the Video DVD for rental or group educational purposes is prohibited.

You may not duplicate, re-sell or distribute the purchased Video DVD or any of its associated components.

Termination

AttainmentFamily.com LLC may terminate the EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy or return the Video DVD product.
